First Option trade Services was founded on a belief there must be an easier way to complete those tasks we never seem to get around to!

We understand that the demands on your time are constantly increasing. There just never seems to be time to get to those small jobs that will make a big difference.

In addition, the process of finding, calling, chasing, qualifying and arranging to meet the tradespeople can sometimes take longer than the job itself!

At First Option Trade Services, we take the hassle away. You simply meet with us once – at your convenience and we will do all the work.

No other service provider offers the level of support we do. The relationship that is created means that we can continue to oversee any on-going requirements or maintenance you may have.

For instance if you want a carport, you may need earthworks done, an electrician, a plumber, a builder, a roofer and possibly even some landscaping. In this situation, we will locate them all and manage them so that the work is completed in the most cost and time efficient manner.
